Design your booking page

Pro and Insights can replace the plain default layout with your own colors, logo, photos, and website.

Turn it on

Open Page design in the dashboard, switch on "Use my branded page," and the live preview on the right updates as you go. The Preview button opens a full-screen view with desktop and phone layouts. A bar at the bottom of the screen appears whenever you have unsaved changes, and the editor warns you if you try to close or reload the tab with changes pending - but switching to another dashboard page does not, so save before you navigate away. One exception: an embedded website always shows as a button in the preview - check your real public page after saving to see the embed.

Add a brand color and accent color, a logo, and a hero image. Write a short tagline and about section. Your active event types show automatically as a services list, styled with your colors.

Not sure where to start? Pick one of the three styles at the top of the editor. One click fills in colors and example text you can rewrite, and the editor asks before replacing anything you already wrote.

Images that look sharp

Recommended sizes: hero image about 1600x600 pixels (a wide banner behind your name), logo at least 96 pixels tall (a PNG with a transparent background looks best), team photos at least 256x256 (shown as small circles), and gallery photos at least 600x600 (shown as squares).

Uploads are compressed automatically, so a large photo straight from your phone is fine. If a photo is smaller than recommended the editor shows a warning but never blocks you; the image may just look soft on larger screens.

After uploading, drag the hero photo to reposition it, drag the logo anywhere on the band, and use the zoom sliders to fine-tune. Reset buttons put either back to the default framing.

Photos are saved as JPEG. PNG and WebP uploads, like most logos, keep their transparency.

Team, gallery, and contact

Add up to 6 team members with a photo and role each, up to 8 gallery photos, and a phone number, email, and address for a contact row.

Add up to 6 links (social profiles, a portfolio, anywhere else clients should find you) - each one must start with https://.

Your own website

Add your website's URL and choose Show a button (a plain link) or Embed the site (shown directly inside your booking page). After saving, check your real public page: some sites actively block embedding and will show blank there. If that happens, switch back to Show a button.

Turn the branded page off any time to go back to the plain default layout. Nothing is deleted.
