A free year of Pro for students and educators
If you have an email at a university, Calendary Pro is free for a year. Students, professors, and staff all qualify. No credit card, no trial tricks.
Why we do this
You did the hard part. Getting into a university, or earning your place teaching in one, takes years of work. A scheduling link is a small thing next to that, but it is one less bill at the moment your career is starting. So for as long as you have that email, we would rather you have our best tools than our cheapest ones.
How it works
- Create a free Calendary account, or sign in to the one you have.
- In your dashboard, enter your university email. We send a confirmation link to it.
- Click the link. Pro is on your account for one year from that day.
What Pro includes
- 0% Calendary fee on paid bookings. Only Stripe's processing fee still applies.
- Unlimited event types.
- Zoom links alongside Google Meet. Zoom connections are rolling out and may not work for every account yet.
- Your numbers: who clicks your link, who books, and your conversion rate.
- A clean booking page with no Calendary branding.
Who qualifies
Anyone who controls an email address at a recognized university domain: students, professors, lecturers, researchers, and staff. We check domains against a public list of more than nine thousand universities worldwide. If your school is missing from it, email cx@thecalendary.com and we will take a look.
The fine print, stated plainly
- The grant lasts one year from the day you confirm your email.
- When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan within about a week. Nothing is deleted and your booking link keeps working.
- You can renew for another year in the final 45 days before your grant ends, or anytime after it ends, as long as you still have the email.
- One university email can back one Calendary account. The same account can renew with the same email.
