Per-account Zoom connect is built and works, and it is submitted for Zoom's marketplace review. Until Zoom approves the app for external accounts, connecting may fail for anyone other than us; use Google Meet or a custom location in the meantime.
Apple has no one-click connect for calendars, so Settings walks you through generating a one-time app-specific password (about a minute) and verifies it against iCloud before saving. It is the least battle-tested integration; if you rely on it, verify your first booking lands before trusting it with your schedule.
Every event type supports a custom location: Teams, Webex, a phone number, or a street address, shared with the client at confirmation.
