Take payments with Stripe

Connect Stripe once, put a price on an event type, and clients pay at booking.

Connect Stripe

In Settings, open Payments and tap Connect Stripe. Stripe runs its own onboarding (identity and bank details) because the money goes directly to you: you are the merchant of record, and payouts follow Stripe's schedule to your bank account.

Price an event

Edit any event type and set a price. From then on, booking that event requires payment: the client picks a slot, pays on Stripe's hosted checkout page, and the booking confirms the moment payment clears. Unpaid checkouts release the slot automatically.

Events without a price keep working exactly as before, free to book on every plan.

What it costs

Calendary keeps 3% of each paid booking on the Free plan and 0% on Pro and Insights. Stripe's own processing fee applies on every plan (2.9% + 30 cents per US card charge is Stripe's standard published rate; it varies by country and payment method). The fee breakdown lives on the payments page.
