How video links work
When bookings get a Google Meet or Zoom link, and what to do if you use something else.
Google Meet
Connect Google Calendar and every booking on a Meet-location event gets a Google Meet link created and attached automatically. No connection means no Meet link, because Google generates it through your calendar.
Zoom
On Pro, you can set an event's location to Zoom and connect your Zoom account in Settings so real meeting links are created for each booking. Zoom's marketplace review of our app is in progress; if connecting fails for your account today, use Google Meet or a custom location while that completes.
Anything else
Every event type also supports a custom location: paste a static link (Teams, Webex, your office address, a phone number) and it is shared with the client on confirmation.
